We don’t just rely on data — we ask the agents who sold 10 other homes on that street.
• How long did it sit on the market?
• Did the last buyer pull out — and why?
• What kind of tenants are moving in around here?
That street-level intel is gold dust.
4. Refurb Vetting (Down to the Pound)
If a refurb’s needed, our team will scope it before you commit.
We’ll tell you:
• What’s cosmetic vs structural
• What to spend, where to spend it
• What you’ll likely get in rent once it’s done
